It has been a long way but all is up and running now! The booth reservation is now open: run for your booth now!

We have also updated the list of activities that will be taking place during the event. All the information is available in the Next User Meeting section.

It is important to take into account three important topics. First, the schedule. You have in the list of activities the schedule, however it is not 100% confirmed and they could change. Nevertheless, we will communicate it through the usual channels any change (web, social nets...).

We also have the talk by Dr. Kazuhiko Nishi. Because of the limitations of the room, it will be necessary to inscribe yourself in the talk in the UOC symposium system. The inscription process will be open the next day 10th of January at 9:00AM CET.

Finally, we have to inform you that because of the new space that we are using for this meeting, we won't be able to host second hand material booths. However, do not worry as this will only affect this particular meeting. In next RU you will be able to sell second hand material again!
